How Will I Be Billed?

  • Subscribers not enrolled in paperless billing are billed by mail monthly with bills typically arriving around the 5th of each month.
  • Services are billed in advance with the exception of usage-based items such as long-distance calls or additional data purchase fees. The usage-based items will be billed in the month following.
  • Subscribers may also opt to go paperless and receive notifications when bills are available to view online.
  • Payments should be remitted before the 26th of each month to avoid late fees. Please allow 5-10 Days for payments sent by mail. Accounts left delinquent for more than 10 days after the due date may be subject to temporary disconnect and applicable reconnect fees.
