Subscribers not enrolled in paperless billing are billed by mail monthly with bills typically arriving around the 5th of each month.
Services are billed in advance with the exception of usage-based items such as long-distance calls or additional data purchase fees. The usage-based items will be billed in the month following.
Subscribers may also opt to go paperless and receive notifications when bills are available to view online.
Payments should be remitted before the 26th of each month to avoid late fees. Please allow 5-10 Days for payments sent by mail. Accounts left delinquent for more than 10 days after the due date may be subject to temporary disconnect and applicable reconnect fees.
