Payment Options

In-person

Payments can be made in person at our office at 221 W Main ST in Reynolds, IL. Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. There is also a payment drop box for making payments outside of business hours.

Recurring ACH Payment

Contact one of our office personnel to sign up. Payments will be withdrawn from your checking or savings automatically on or around the 18th of each month with no additional fees.

By Phone

Credit Card or Debit Card payments can be made over the phone during normal business hours. A 4% Convenience Fee applies.

Pay Online

You can register for e-care portal access to make payments online anytime and sign up for paperless billing. Payments can be made with credit or debit card and are subject to a $3.25 convenience fee. Payments are limited to $500.00 per transaction. To get started or login CLICK HERE

If you have been temporarily disconnected for non-payment, you will need to pay both your past-due balance and any applicable reconnect fees to have your service reinstated. The balance shown online will not accurately reflect the amount owed. Please call our office and use option 2 (if after business hours) to get the current balance due for reconnection.

***NOTE – The reconnection process is not automated. Parties who pay online after hours may not be re-connected until the following business day, or until they contact us via telephone.
